    this sample code will show the issue. event value in local time is in range still criteria is returning false.
     class Program
        {
            static void Main(string[] args)
            {
                DateTime dt = DateTime.Now;
                var dtutc = dt.ToUniversalTime();
                var dtlocal = dt.ToLocalTime();
                if(dtutc.Equals(dtutc))
                    Console.WriteLine(“utc and local are same”);
                var StartDate = DateTime.Now.AddHours(-1).ToUniversalTime();
                var EndDate = DateTime.Now.AddHours(1).ToUniversalTime();
                FilterCriterion abc = new AndFilterCriterion(
                  new GreaterThanOrEqualToFilterCriterion(StartDate),
                  new LessThanOrEqualToFilterCriterion(EndDate));
                if(abc.IsMatch(dtlocal))
                Console.WriteLine(“xcedd criteria is in range “);
                Console.ReadLine();
            }
        }

    Thank you for the followup.

    FYI, I figured out what the problem was. To answer my own question, it is compatible and works correctly.

    What I had to do was go into InstallShield Pro 12 and find the component, and set one of the options on the component to disable Registry reflection, as it WAS putting the registry options in the SysWow64 node. Disabling the reflection keeps the registry data in the 32bit portion.

    Hi,

    I checked the headers of the dll and they are 32 bit dlls.  Could you please confirm? they got linked only with 32 bit exes.

    Hi,

    All assemblies are from nuget and visual studio should download them during build. I added all assemblies to project and sent it again.

    I am having this problem as well, and I’ve seen a couple similar posts where it has never been answered.

    I have two fields that I want to both show a validation error when either one of them causes an invalid state. Field B depends on Field A, so when either A or B changes and B becomes invalid, I want a red border to appear around both Field A and Field B.

    UpdateSourceTrigger is set to “CellContentChanged”. When I change Field A, the red border will appear on it, but not on Field B. That is, until I hit enter or add a new row, at which point the Row EditEnding event is triggered, and the red border appears on both A and B. I’d like this behaviour to occur as soon as Field A is changed, without having to click elsewhere or hit keyboard keys, but can’t figure out how to get it.

    Hi Fawzi,

    Yes, it is correct.

    I made a multiple selection tree, and I select several items on the tree, I want to know which items I select when I edit the properties in property grid, if I don’t know what I select and I forget I also select some items currently not shown on the tree and I modify, then I make a mistake. So it’s very helpful that I know what I currently selecting.

    If you create this case, how long can the feature be provided?

    Thank you!

    Fawzi, thank you! Well, it’s not so trivial code – too complicated for such simple task.

    I tried it, but got interesting error: once I come to edit mode… I cannot leave it! 🙂 I pressed [Enter], [Esc], no effect. Any idea?

    Hi,

    We purchased a license for the FTP library a while back and later purchased another license for the SFTP library.  Installing SFTP “upgraded” me to a newer FTP version but my old FTP license key does work with that.  So in effect that disabled my ability to use FTP.

    I am able to work around that by directly referencing the older FTP dlls in a project and using my original FTP license key.  The problem is I cannot have both my original FTP and my newer SFTP referenced in the same project because they share common components which are different versions (I think that’s the reason).

    Is there some way I can resolve this issue?

    Thanks, Bob
