I’m using the datepicker in a form. Under certain circumstances it gets readonly (IsEnabled=false). The problem now is that the button for the calendar-popup is still visible even though it does not (and should not) react to user input anymore. Is there a way to hide the button (in a way that it can be shown again if the datepicker gets enabled again)?

I would be curious to know what class/object you are using exactly as DatePicker. I have written a sample app using the class System.Windows.Forms.DateTimePicker and have written a few lines to disactivate/activate the control and at no moment it was possible to interact with the control when the Enable property was set at false.
Perhaps the property you are looking for is Visible? It could be useful to know which Visual Studio version, which programming language and which version of our components you are using.
You could even paste a few lines of your code below, if needed.
