    My requirement is to create a treelistview like the following

    -Task1, Date, Person
    —-SubTask1,Date,Person
    —-SubTask2,Data,Person
    -Task2,Date,Person
    —-SubTask21,Date,Person
    —-SubTask22,Date,Person
    +Task3,Date,Person

    And while sorting, it should sort the main tasks first and then the subtasks inside that.

    Can i do this with Xceed WPF grid?

    While this is not possible out-of-the-box with the DataGridControl, it could be done with a bit of creativity…

    I had submitted one example of how to do this in this thread:

    But it seems that this approach does not meet your requirements.

    Unfortunately, I don’t have time right now to work out another sample but I’ll keep this on the backburner and try to come up with something.

    Check out this sample, it’s for a standard WPF ListView, but seems to provide the functionality you are talking about
