A set of files located in a disk folder is being compressed to a ZipArchive as shown below:
DiskFolder diskFolder = new DiskFolder(folder); diskFolder.CopyFilesTo(new ZipArchive(new DiskFile(packageName)), true, true);
There are three files in the source folder which use upper-case letters in their filenames (range A-Z): “FILEONE.CSV”, “FILETWO.CSV”, “FILETHREE.XXXXX” (third file has an extension consisting of 5 chars)
However, one of the file names in the output package is capitalized (= the first letter is shown as an upper-case letter and the remaining letters, including its extension, in lower-case): “FILETHREE.XXXXX” is included in the package as “Filethree.xxxxx” (FILEONE.CSV, FILETWO.CSV are included keeping the original filenames)
Could you explain the reason why for some files the original file name is not kept?
OS: Windows Server 2003.
