It’s quite weird that when I placed the windatepicker control in a form (without data binding) the calendar drop down is always blank on the first click. Hiding the drop down and clicking on the drop down a second time displays the calendar. After that the calendar will show every time it’s clicked.

To be specific, when clicking for the first time, the drop down area is simply blank. It is sized as if a calendar was there. Resizing the drop down area does not help.

I’ve tried calling the Refresh(), Update(), and Invalidate() methods on the WinDatePicker itself and also the DropDownControl and none of them helps correcting this issue.

Has anyone else ever got this problem? Any ideas on a work around?

We don’t get this behavior here. Can you send a sample application to support so we can investigate the issue further?
