    Regarding the server logs below, you will see the file gets uploaded successfully which takes 30 minutes.  The error happens and is emailed at the same time the server log shows the ‘disconnected’ command. On the Xceed side, it never gets the 226 Transfer OK, the timeout exception is thrown and I have no idea why.  This is happening on 2 different customers machines out of about 50 customers total.
