    Hi there,

    I’m hardly trying to programatically have the cursor be in the VirutalTextBox of the TextBoxTool.

    TextBoxTool.DoClick() was my favorite to try, but it doesn’t work.

    Any idea?

    Thanks in advance.

    Just to let everybody with the same problem know:

    I received a workaround from Xceed-Support and this indeed works:

    1. Disable all controls in the container but the TextBoxTool.
    Example:
    foreach( Xceed.SmartUI.SmartItem i in smartToolBar1.Items)
    {
    if(i != /* YOUR TEXT BOX */)
    {
    i.Enabled = false;
    }
    2. Call the “Select”-Method of the container.
    Example:
    smartToolBar1.Select();
    3. Enable all other controls again.
    Example:
    foreach( Xceed.SmartUI.SmartItem i in smartToolBar1.Items)
    {
    i.Enabled = true;
    }

    Great and fast support from Xceed!

    Regards,
    Stefan
