    When using a master/detail grid, at a bare minimum, the GroupByRow has the name of the master table (in my case, “tblRecords”) and the relation (“tblRecords.FK_tblRecords_tblRecordVersions”) in the dataset. I don’t want it to show these names to the end user. How can I either suppress these boxes from showing, or rename them to something more user friendly?

    You cannot remove the labels, but you can change the text that is displayed. Simply assign the Title property on the master and detail grids.

    e.g.:

    gridControl1.Title = “Master Grid”;
    detailGridTemplate1.Title = “Detail Grid”;
