    I try to make the option select column with xceed DataGridControl.

    I want to know if I can get the clicked column header without make the sorting option.

    Now to get the clicked column I use the code:

    DataGridCollectionView view = grid.ItemsSource as DataGridCollectionView;
    ((INotifyCollectionChanged)view.SortDescriptions).CollectionChanged +=
    new NotifyCollectionChangedEventHandler(this.SortCollectionChanged);

    Thank you,

    Nirit

    Selecting a column is currently not built into the grid.

    As for the click, you can try handling the PreviewMouseButtonDown (I did not test this) or disable sorting by setting the ColumnManagerRow’s AllowSort property to false.
