    The examples that come with the xceed datagrid contain sample data that comes packaged with the component. i.e.:

    DataSet dataSet = Xceed.Wpf.DataGrid.Samples.SampleData.DataProvider.GetNorthwindDataSet();
    m_employees = dataSet.Tables[ “Employees” ];

    My question is… what is the format of this data set? Can I modify it? How would I make my own so that I could dynamically add/delete from it via my application (or through the file itself)? Thanks.

    The sample data is the standard Access version of the Northinwind database, originally provided by Microsoft and usually available with Office.

    I think the MS terms state that <a href=”http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=C6661372-8DBE-422B-8676-C632D66C529C&displaylang=EN”>you can do whatever you want</a> with the database.
