Refresh Distinct Values for AutoFilter

Hi,

When a user searches via the Filter Row the distinct values don’t update in the AutoFilter Drop down.
Is there a way to refresh the distinct values?

Hi kieran,

The AutoFilterControl and FilterRow are two different controls. While you could set the DataGridCollectionViewSource’s DistinctValuesConstraint property to “Filtered”, to display a column’s DistinctValues which only matches those filters which are applied on AutoFilterControl of other columns. There is no such property which allow to modify the AutoFilterControl’s distinct values depending on the applied values on the FilterRow.

Sorry disregard Fawzi. I just saw dv.DistinctValuesConstraint = DistinctValuesConstraint.FilteredWithAllFilters;

fixes that problem! Thanks!
