    Hello,

We have a few developers working in our solution. We all have obtained the free license to use the Xceed DataGrid for WPF. We use VS 2005 with SourceSafe and the WPF Extensions. We reference only the Xceed.Wpf.Controls dll. When we get latest, we have to constantly remove the reference and readd it as it keeps breaking. Does this have something to do with us just using the Controls dll?

    Thanks

We have observed the same issue few times (from clients and from ourselves) but have no workaround at the moment.

This does not seem related to using only the Controls DLL.

We resolve this situation (and others like it) by checking a copy of any required binary references into an “External” folder that is at the same level as our Source folder. All reference are then bound to that copy of the .dll’s as relative references. This is then the same for any developers on the team without having to worry about maintaining identical absolute paths.
