    Hello,

    I looked through the documents and threads and didn’t see a answer to this question…

    Can you have 2 different detail views under a master table?

    For instance if you had 3 tables.

    Master Table would be the customer sites info
    Detail1 would be all the Contacts at that site
    Detail2 would be all the servers at that site

    Is this possible to do?

    Yes, the DataGrid for WPF support “sibling” details…

    This can be done by adding multiple DetailDescriptions of the appropriate type in the DataGridCollectionView[Source].DetailDescriptions collection ( or, they will be detected automatically if the data source is an ado.NET source.

    I am curious…how deep can the Master / Detail go? Can it go 4 or 5 deep?

    I see. 🙂 I will assume that means its more than 6 or 7 deep.

    Thats got me totally rethinking how I am going to do my project now…
