    I can reproduce a scenare where the InsertionRow is displayed with 0px content height (you just happen to see the grid lines).

    Could somebody confirm this? Is there a work-around?

    Thanks a lot!

    Reproduction
    —————

    Setup:
    – TabControl with several TabItems
    – DataGrid inside first TabItem
    – InsertionRow as part of DataGridControl.TableView.Footers

    Steps:
    – Start Application [ -> DataGrid and InsertionRow is displayed normally]
    – Switch to tab 2,
    – Switch back to tab 1 –> Insertion Row is no more visible

    XAML (just an excerpt):
    <TabControl>
    <TabItem Header=”Item 1″>
    <xcdg:DataGridControl ItemsSource=”{x:Static local:Window1.Items}”>
    <xcdg:DataGridControl.View>
    <xcdg:TableView>
    <xcdg:TableView.Footers>
    <DataTemplate>
    <xcdg:InsertionRow/>
    </DataTemplate>
    </xcdg:TableView.Footers>
    </xcdg:TableView>
    </xcdg:DataGridControl.View>
    </xcdg:DataGridControl>
    </TabItem>
    <TabItem Header=”Item 2″/>
    </TabControl>

    Some more details:

    – switching the tabs by clicking with the mouse on the tab headers:
    -> InsertionRow disappears

    – switching the tabs with Ctrl-PgUp/PgDn while the keyboard focus is in a cell of the Grid
    -> InsertionRow does not disappear
