I am using a Numeric scale with automatic range detection. I need to get the current maximum and minimum values for each axis.

I can see these values which are members AxisScale : AxisScale.m_dMax, AxisScale.m_dMin, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to access these members.

How do I determine the current range of an auto-scale numeric axis?

    Cheers,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to get these values when set to AutoMax and AutoMin.

Will public access to automatic range detected maximum and minimum be added in the future?

Unfortunately not have access to these values prevents making a custom color pallet that behaves like “SyncPaletteWithAxisScale” does.

    Thanks.

This feature is already on our feature request list.

For the moment, we do not have a time frame to offer as of when (or if) this feature will be added. If it is, we will notify you as soon as it is available.
