If I attach a DataTable to the DataGrid.ItemsSource property and the DataTable has no data, but has columns I will see the columns, but no horizontal scrollbar if the view of the table is wider than the DataGrid control. Once I enter some data on the insert row and hit Enter the horizontal scrollbar will appear. Not that I have dug into it too much yet, but It looks like only the Rows of the DataTable enable the horizontal scrollbar and not the Columns of the DataTable. Is this a known issue? If so is there a quick fix without always have the horizontal scrollbar enabled?

    Thanks!

Was this issue fixed in v1.1?

The fix has recently been made but infortunately, it hasn’t made its way into the 1.1 release.

1.2 now fixes the issue, you can download it <a href=”http://xceed.com/pages/TopMenu/Downloads/Trials.aspx”>here </a>
