Hi, I’m new about DataGrid for WPF and WPF in general…
I’m getting around a simple problem, but I can’t get the solution.

I’m using DataGrid for WPF and I want to fill the DataGrid with a table retrieved form a ODBC databse. After 2 hours still I can’t understand how to do that.

I’d like to know what kind of code I should put in the .cs file (I’m programming in C#) and in the .xaml file to link the DataGrid to the right table of the Database.

I’ve add a Data Source in my Visual Studio Project and it’s called DataSet1.xsd. I can see all the tables there, but I’m totally new to database this way so I can’t go on… 🙁

    Please, can anyone help me?

Take a look at the first example in the Basic Concepts\Providing Data topic. It demonstrates how to create a dataset from an Access database and then create the property to which the DataGridCollectionViewSource will be bound (which in turn will be the grid’s ItemsSource).

Thanks… sorry for the stupid question, I realize that the solution was so simple a second later I posted… 🙂
