    Hi,
    I am facing a problem in exporting a control Xps Format by ExportToXps command. I wish ti hide the progression bar so i used that as follows
    ExportToXps(string,pagesize,bool);
    In the place of bool ,If I use false then it crashes. If leave this kind of overloading and uses only two arguments . it works fine.Kindly provide me a solution for this.
    Regards

    Hi,

    We are not able to reproduce the issue as mentionned in your post…

    Could you provide a sample application that reproduces the issue?

    You can sent the application to support@xceedsoft.com ( you will need to reference this thread ).

    Can anyone suggest me how do we open the XPS file which gets saved in the bin\debug folder of my project.

    I call the method ExportToXPS() of the DataGridControl. It automatically saves the fiel to the mentioned folder. I want to Open the file so that user can view the file.

    You can use the ProcessStartInfo class in System.Diagnostics as follows:

            ProcessStartInfo Info = new ProcessStartInfo(sFileName);
            Info.ErrorDialog = true;
            Process.Start(Info);

    This assumes that the .xps extension is registered with an application to open it by default (ie double click in explorer). If not then the OpenWith… dialog will be displayed. The above works with any file. To set the filename I would guess you need to set a full filename as it is just writing it to the apps current directory if you give it just the filename (which depends on where it is started from).
