If I don’t have frozen columns set and scroll right in the TableView, if I then drag the frozen column item to freeze some columns, the columns that have been scrolled out of view to the left are now moved to after the frozen column delimiter.

The expected behaviour would be that all columns to the left of the intended frozen column will be frozen also, and a seperate scroll bar would appear (as per Excel), or the “hidden” columns are made visible.

This can be reproduced in the Grouping Sample (for example in v1.2) if you resize the application to cause the horizontal scroll bar to appear.

This behavior is in fact “by design”.

OK . So is there an event that I can trap to do what I want manually?
