When I load the WPF DataGrid “SolidFoundation” sample into Visual Studio 2005 I cannot view the design of the datgrid, only the XAML.
For the window ‘MainWindow.xaml’ I get the following error:
**Assembly ” was not found. The ‘clr-namespace’ URI refers to an assembly that is not referenced by the project.**
This error refers to the line:xmlns:local=”clr-namespace:Xceed.Wpf.DataGrid.Samples”
…and for the window ‘MainPage.xaml’ I get the same error, but this time it refers to the line:xmlns:local=”clr-namespace:Xceed.Wpf.DataGrid.Samples.SolidFoundation”
Why do I not have these assemblies, or is this simply a VS2005 bug?

Since Cider (the designer for WPF/XAML) is currently in alpha state, we have not thoroughly tested the DataGrid and our sample applications with it and we don’t really support it.
I recommend that you open the XAML files with the XML editor (right-click on a XAML file in VS2005, select “Open With” and choose XML editor).
